How long does it take to get our wedding films?
- Teaser Trailer: 3 – 4 weeks
- Highlight Film: 3 – 4 months
- Documentary Films: 6 – 8 months
- Your delivery estimate times will vary depending on the wedding season and current demand. The post-production process is very detailed oriented and takes time to carefully craft your unique wedding film. Editing includes organizing through all the footage, selecting the right music, choosing the best audio sound bites and video clips, and layering it all into a beautiful film with final color grading.
How is the music selected?
- All the music is hand selected by me from various music licensing sites I am subscribed to (see Soundstripe and Artlist for examples).
How are payments set up?
- A 30% retainer payment is due upon signing the contract to secure your event date. Limited dates available.
- The final 70% balance is due 1 month prior to the wedding date.
Is there a travel fee?
- There are no travel fees for weddings in the Dallas / Fort Worth area.
- Weddings within driving distance but beyond a 1 hour drive will include a $1 / per mile round trip travel fee plus possible hotel reimbursement depending on the location and schedule.
- Destination weddings require costs for the travel fees.
